  • Bargaining Update
    Updated On: Nov 29, 2022

The IBEW System Council T-6, IBEW Local 2213, IBEW Local 827 and CWA in New York and Mid-Atlantic have reached a tentative agreement for a contract extension that would expire in 2026.  This tentative agreement is subject to final review of the MOU and ratification by the membership.  Wotk at Home is part of the agreement and our members that were slated to be moved to Providence will continue to work from home and be assigned a new reporting location within Local 2322's jurisdiction within 30 days of ratification.  Full details of the agreement and information about ratification meetings will be available by early next week.

I would like to thank the stewards, Executive Board and members of Local 2322 for their support through this process.

I hope you and your loved ones have a happy and safe 4th of July.

    Eric Hetrick

    Business Manager
