    Posted On: Mar 10, 2020

Kerry D. Mason, 62, of North Dighton, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at his home.

Kerry was born in Taunton, the son of the late Charles and Marilyn (White) Mason. Mr. Mason was always ready with a listening ear for everyone, and had the best sense of humor. He always had a joke ready for any situation. He was an avid hunter, and enjoyed cooking.

Kerry cherished the time he spent with his family; especially his children and grandchild. He could be found making up imaginary animals with his grandson Evan; and earned the nickname Grandpa Frankentstein, “Grandpa Frank” for short. He enjoyed spending time at the bird sanctuary in Taunton, attending concerts at the Narrows Center in Fall River, and camping and hiking Mount Katahdin in Maine.

He is survived by his daughter; Katelyn Mason and her fiancé Brandon Mackenzie of Attleboro, his son; Brandon F. Mason and his wife Kerrie of Fall River; his grandson Evan, his sister; Deborah Fournier of Attleboro, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Keith Mason and sister Barbara Reed.

Memorial Visitation for Kerry will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020, from 1-3pm, in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave, Taunton, with Words of Remembrance at 3pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
